Shipping policy

Same Day Shipping

All orders are usually shipped same day or next business day after payment is received. However during peak season orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being received. Express orders must be placed before 12:00pm EST, to ship the same day. If you need a package by a certain date please call so we can arrange the best shipping method for you. All Packages are shipped out UPS ground unless otherwise noted. All international orders will be shipped using UPS, or USPS.

Actual shipping charges will be added to the grand total of your order. Please know we ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. 

Exchange Policy

First Wholesale NY Inc, concentrates on offering the best-selling styles in the business. However, we do understand that certain styles don't sell as well in your area as they might elsewhere. If you have a style that you cant sell, you can return it for an exchange up to 30 days after purchase. Please review the simple instructions below to see if you qualify.

All scarves must be returned in original sellable condition as follows:

a) plastic sleeves on all scarves
b) no tags cut off
c) must be in full dozens

Note that you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from First Wholesale NY Inc. for exchanges.

All other merchandise being exchanged must be in brand new condition, just as we shipped. This does include the same packaging as well! Please allow 1-2 weeks for all exchanges.
